Q – Do we have a measure and quote service?
A - Yes our measure and quote service is Taranaki wide
Q – How long will it take to get tiles in?
A – Usually 2 – 3 days as long as they are in stock at the warehouse
Q – Do we have a cutting and hole drilling service?
A – Yes, and usually it is the same day service
Q – Do we have tile cutters available to hire?
A – Yes we do, and also a wet saw is available
Q – Do we have to waterproof a bathroom?
A – Yes, definitely all wet areas need to be waterproofed Ie: Showers, bath splashbacks and vanity splashbacks
Q – What product do we use to waterproof?
A – We use Bostik Dampfix Gold, Dampfix 2 and Dampfix PU waterproofing membrane
Q – Should we lay undertile heating?
A – Yes, for your comfort under foot and also for resale value
Q – Can we use floor tiles on the wall?
A. – Yes, you can they are suitable for both surfaces, but you cannot use wall tiles on the floor, the biscuit base is too soft
Q – Do we have a tile laying service?
A. – Yes we have 4 qualified tilers working throughout Taranaki
Q – Can we match a tile we purchased here 6 years ago?
A – We will do our best to source it for you, but chances are it would be deleted. We advise keeping extra pieces in case of an accident
